Sacha Stewart is a meditation teacher, writer and speaker, dedicated to holistic wellbeing since she discovered all the ways it transformed her life.
With her formative career as a producer in the advertising and film industries, she understands the pressure of the corporate world, and experienced first-hand how much impact stress and anxiety had on the body. Her passion became about educating others in wellbeing and mindfulness practices, to give them the opportunity to use these tools to empower their thinking, create work / life balance, develop greater creative flow, as well as learn how small shifts can have a big impact on their life.
A certified meditation teacher, at some of the most highly regarded studios in Melbourne, Sacha is educated through both the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Wellcoaches as a Health & Holistic Life Coach. She is currently completing a double diploma in Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine.
