Shaad D’Souza is a freelance writer from Melbourne. He has written on music, art, fashion and television for Noisey, FasterLouder, The Guardian, Junkee, Thump, Acclaim and Australian music zine Strine Whine. He is the monthly horoscope columnist for ThreeThousand.
Shaad is also the social media co-ordinator at The Push and executive producer of BalconyTV Melbourne. Since taking over the programming of BTV Melbourne, he has focussed on showcasing a diverse group of local artists including Totally Mild, Alex Lahey, Gretta Ray and Dorsal Fins.
Shaad has previously worked for youth-run record label Decibels Records and hosted radio on SYN FM. He is currently completing an arts degree with a major in Gender Studies at the University of Melbourne.
